Professionally, I’m a Real Estate Consultant and Construction Project Manager, licensed in Florida and Texas. Is a foreign-trained architect with a master’s specialization in healthcare design and the author of two books on hospital architecture published in Colombia (South America). His academic and professional background has equipped him with deep expertise in design precision, structural safety, and complex technical standards.
Vice President. Denis is a Professional Engineer and Threshold Inspector with over 27 years of experience working in South Florida and the Caribbean. His deep understanding of engineering and inspections ensures projects are delivered with the highest standards of quality and safety.
